Dancing with the Stars, spoiler-free

Season 35 schedule, checked . There are no results on this page.

Dancing with the Stars is live, which is what makes it so easy to spoil: results are all over social media while the show is still on the air. If you watch the next day on Hulu, or on the West Coast, here's when it airs and how to get to it unspoiled.

ABC has published October's nights in its press releases. The November dates come from entertainment press, and this page changes when ABC confirms them.

The West Coast catch

The show is produced live in Los Angeles at 5 p.m. Pacific, which is 8 p.m. Eastern. ABC's Pacific stations air it at 8 p.m. Pacific, three hours later. So if you watch on ABC in the West, the results have been public for three hours by the time your broadcast starts, and voting has already closed: West Coast votes count only during the live show.

On the West Coast, treat 5 p.m. Pacific as airtime: mute the show before then, not before your 8 p.m. broadcast.

Watching the next day without spoilers

  1. Mute the show before it airs on Tuesday (Monday, November 2, if the move holds). Mute “Dancing with the Stars”, “DWTS” and “#DWTS” on X, add them as filtered keywords on TikTok, and as hidden words on Instagram. The spoiler guide has the steps for each app, and what each one can't catch.
  2. Mute the celebrities and pros you follow, too. Their own posts on show night are the hardest to dodge, and keyword muting only hides posts that use the words.
  3. Turn off news and entertainment alerts until you've watched. A results headline in a push notification gets past every mute list.
  4. Unmute once you've watched. On X you can set a mute to end after 24 hours.
